A seasoned marketing professional, Tamar serves as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Wescom where she oversees all things advertising, marketing, and PR for the Credit Union. She has a passion for influencing consumer behavior for the better and loves that she applies that for Wescom, every day.

Tamar also loves morning runs and a good workout. She has participated in a number of races and fitness competitions. She lives in Pasadena with her husband and their two young daughters.

Joseph Pellissery serves as the Chief Information Officer for Wescom Credit Union. Since 2019, Joseph has spearheaded Wescom Credit Union’s technology transformation to significantly increase membership growth, member engagement and enhance member experience across all channels.

Joseph has now worked for several financial institutions across insurance, payments and banking industries for over 28 years. He earned his Electronics Engineering degree from the University of Mumbai.

Joseph loves to spend time with his family. He also enjoys traveling as well as playing active sports like tennis and soccer.
